Home Agent Plan (Plan #2)
80/20 Split
Desk Fee Plan (Plan #3)
$1200 per month

95% when GCI = $70000
Run and profit from your own John Vesco office (Plan 4)
BIC get 80/20 split
BICS pay rent, electricity, insurance and $40 per closing for e/o insurance (contact John for expense numbers)
You get 1/2 of the company side of the agents 60/40 split
5% residual income from every sale from every agent you bring onboard.
