In order to improve the company and help the agents increase their income I am offering a residual income plan.
If a agent is recruited into this company by a John Vesco agent the sponsoring agent will receive a 5% bonus calculated by taking the selling agents side of the transaction after splits. The bonus will be paid from the company directly to the sponsor and will not effect the selling agents commission. The guidelines are set forth
If the sponsor or agent leaves John Vesco Real Estate for any reason the income plan stops for both.
John Vesco retains sole discretion for hiring and firing all agents for any reason .
Agents must maintain a active NC Real Estate License with all dues/bills be paid to date.
If agent or sponsor affiliates with another real esatate company the residual income plan stops.
